Concerned Citizens for the Rehabilitation of the Homeless was formed by 5 citizens in 1990.  

We operate 2 houses - one for men, one for women. We have housed over 375 men and women since 1990..

We do not ask for state or federal funding and are dependent upon donations.

The Helping Hand, our thrift store, accepts donations of clothing and household goods.  Proceeds and monetary donations fund our houses.

Our clients are limited to 18 month stay in our houses.

Clients must work and pay off outstanding debts in the community.  Each client also donates 10 hours per month to  The Helping Hand.
